& Corporate Excellence: A Journal for Social Cause... ISSN: 2319 – 8176: IRJSSCE has taken an initiative in this mission to inaugurate its Ist Vol. 2nd Issue in the Wake of Women’s Day by highlighting Women issues through thorough research and review of their problems.

* -: Inauguration of “IRJSSCE”: International Research Journal For Social Science and Corporate Excellence, Ist Vol, 2nd Issue.

* -: This is a Special Edition of IRJSSCE, dedicated to Women segment. It highlights issues related to women problems in the Society such as violence, vulnerability, socio-economic discrimination, deprivation and their rehabilitation measures.

* -: Since environment plays an important factor for the excellence of an individual and corporate too, so various issues which fall under corporate excellence are also highlighted in this edition.

* -: Recognize and encourage those respected women, who have done differently from others in the Society and contributed a lot for the Society.

* -: Encourage Social Science research among young Scholars/Researchers from India and Abroad.

* How safe women are in India?

* Have they taken sufficient protection measures for their secured future?

* Whether their investment,Saving,Protection are adequate to meet all the financial requirements of their life?

* Do they need to think about inclusive and sustainable development?

* Whether the services provided by GOs and NGOs are adequate to minimize the impoverish risks associated with women in India?

* What does it all mean and how much is it going to cost for their bright future?

* These are challenging Questions of the Day?

* Hence, this Special Volume on Women Issues highlights various aspects of Women’s Safety and Security measures for a free, fair and fearless life of a Women in India.

* This Programme is divided into two segments
In the first part: Inauguration of IRJSSCE, International Research Journal for Social Science and Corporate Excellence, a peer reviewed Journal, where 16 outstanding research papers by outstanding Authors have been published including Social Issues concerning Women and Corporate Excellence. This is dedicated to all women in the World irrespective of their Countries and States..

* Second part is R & R activities, including Rewards & Recognition to those out standing, extraordinary talented women who have done differently in their field..

* At the same time to recognize those men who have continuously extending their supporting hand for the upliftment of Women in the Society, their contribution marked significantly for Women Protection in the Society..

* It is gives me immense pleasure to inform you that we have launched our special edition of ‘IRJSSCE”, a peer reviewed journal, 1st volume, 2nd issue in the wake of Women’s Day, March 8th 2013. This special issue is dedicated to social issues and corporate excellence, especially women issues. Particularly, it is focused on empowerment of women, violence against women, risks associate with them and rehabilitation measures for their upliftment..

* This will encourage and explore talent irrespective of their countries and states. It is an association of Social Scientists, Researchers, Academicians, Management Personnel, Engineers, Scientists, Doctors and Persons of national eminence. The association through its journal aims at to help exceptionally talented needy students and researchers in grooming of their career through capacity building approach and by providing a new direction in their research arena with the help of its worldwide social research association members in general and India in particular..
